Corona measures update December 2020

On 14 December, the new national corona measures were announced. Because of our previous strict measures, further tightening is not necessary. Housing is a basic necessity of life and therefore we find it important that viewings and inspections still take place. Below you can read which rules we use to guarantee your and our health!

Inspections:

• Stay at home if you have complaints that are corona-sensitive such as a nose cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, fever, headache, muscle aches or loss of smell or taste.
• Viewings take place with the estate agent and a maximum of two people from one household.
• All persons present wear mouth masks.
• A minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be kept between them.
• Sneeze or cough into your elbow cavity.
• Use paper tissues, throw them away immediately after use and wash your hands.

Home inspections

• The pre-inspections of rental properties take place by telephone.
• Final inspections take place in the home.
• All those present during the inspection wear mouth masks.
• A minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be kept between them. We request that you attend the appointment with a maximum of 2 people.
• Do you or does one of your housemates have complaints associated with corona, such as a nose cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, fever, headache, muscle aches or loss of smell or taste? Please contact the person with whom you have scheduled an appointment immediately.
