Corona measures update March 2021

Update corona measures March 2021: Curfew moves up an hour from 21:00 to 22:00.During the press conference on 23 March, it was announced that the curfew will move up an hour. From Wednesday 31 March, we will have to be in between 22:00 and 4:30. Does this change affect the services of vb&t Verhuurmakelaars?

Evening viewings

The curfew has been moved up an hour, which means there is more room for evening viewings. In view of the action week of vb&t Verhuurmakelaars, which takes place from 10 to 16 April, that is good news! During the action week we will open our doors in the evening hours for viewings. Maximum number of people

The rule of maximum one person visiting in private still applies. However, a viewing of a house is not considered 'private'. This means that a house may be visited by two people from one household and the estate agent. This rule is in line with the measures previously drawn up within vb&t Verhuurmakelaars.

No further relaxations have been announced. This means that we will continue to comply with our previous coronation measures in line with the RIVM rules:

Home inspections

• The pre-inspections of rental homes take place by telephone.
• The final inspections take place in the house.
• All persons present wear masks.
• A minimum distance of 1.5 metres should be kept between them. We request that you attend the appointment with a maximum of 2 people.
• Do you or does one of your housemates have complaints associated with corona (such as a nasal cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, fever, headache, muscle aches or loss of smell or taste)? Please contact the person with whom you have scheduled an appointment immediately.

Viewings

• Stay at home if you have complaints that are corona-sensitive such as a cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, a temperature increase, headache, muscle aches or loss of smell or taste.
• Viewings take place with the estate agent and a maximum of two people from one household.
• All persons present wear mouth masks.
• A minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be kept between them.
• Sneeze or cough into your elbow cavity.
• Use paper tissues, throw them away immediately after use and wash your hands.
