Corona measures update May 2021: physical pre-inspectionsGood news! Corona contamination continues to decline and therefore there is more room for relaxation. Therefore, as of 1 June, the pre-inspections will again take place physically.

Home inspections

When you move house, you have to hand it over empty, clean and without any damage. A vb&t housing inspector will therefore visit your house twice to inspect it with you. Both inspections will again take place physically as of 1 June in accordance with the RIVM guidelines:

• We request that you attend the appointment with a maximum of 2 persons.
• If the house is rented out afterwards, we also ask the new tenant(s) to attend the appointment with a maximum of 2 persons.
• A minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be kept between them.
• Wearing a mouth mask is mandatory.
• Do you or does one of your housemates have complaints that could be related to corona (such as a cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, fever, headache, muscle aches or loss of smell or taste)? Please contact the housing inspector immediately.

The appointments made for pre-inspections by telephone will remain as agreed. If you would prefer a physical appointment, please contact the home inspector yourself.
