Before we allocate a property, we are obliged by our clients to investigate the background of the new tenant. In order to carry out this screening as reliably and honestly as possible, we at vb&t Verhuurmakelaars use the allocation module in our EyeMove application and carry out a Credit and ID Check. The allocation module verifies a number of criteria, such as information about income, housing situation and work situation. This prevents discrimination in any way, as we can use this software to screen candidate tenants objectively.
