The rental specialist in the Netherlands
With a housing stock of 15,000 homes, vb&t Verhuurmakelaars is one of the largest rental specialists in the Netherlands. We have 55 years of experience in renting and managing homes.
At Vb&t, we strive to help find you a suitable rental property as best we can.
To enable us to do so, we ask that you register by filling in our registration form.
Registering is free and without obligation.
Based on the information you give us, we will automatically contact you via email as and when properties that meet your search criteria become available.
In order for you to qualify for a rental property, our clients require a number of allocation criteria be met:
We are aware that these guidelines do not allow us to help every house seeker. If your personal situation changes, we will always review it and see if we might still be able to do something for you. So are you getting a higher salary or a different contract? Adjust these details in your personal client file and don't hesitate to contact us again!
Before we are allowed to rent out a property on behalf of our client, we are required to do research into your background. To do this, we need some information from you. You need to provide these via the MyQii app or manually upload them into your client file if you cannot use the MyQii app. Check here which data these are and how you share them.
A credit check and PEP and Sanctions list check are part of the background check. To prevent identity fraud, your ID will be checked for authenticity by reading the NFC chip, among other things. In addition, transaction monitoring can take place on incoming rent payments. This is done by (managers of) property owners themselves who are WWFT liable.
8 STEPS TO YOUR NEW RENTAL PROPERTY
We want to help you find a suitable rental property as best we can. To achieve a good match, simply go through our rental process. We explain it in eight steps.
Our rental offer can be found on our website. When renting out properties, we mainly apply financial rental conditions for all (prospective) tenants. To assess the financial position of a (prospective) tenant, we initially request basic income data via the registration form on our website. We then look at the candidate who offers the most financial security. In case of similar suitability, (prospective) tenants are selected on the basis of drawing lots to avoid discrimination during the rental process. After selection, original income details from the employer, own company, benefit agency or pension provider are requested and verified. If a prospective tenant has insufficient income or is unable to provide the correct information, a request for a viewing, with the aim of renting the property, may be refused without giving reasons.
We do our best, but you may still not be satisfied with our service. If you want to make this known, click here for our complaint form.
