• Home inspector - Amsterdam
  Do you have an eye for technical matters, are you service-oriented and do you like to be on the road? Then we have a great role for you! Due to the expansion of our housing portfolio, we are looking for a Housing Inspector for the Amsterdam region who derives energy from working independently, maintaining contact with tenants and ensuring the good condition of our homes. You will be out and about a lot and play an important role in the process of house mutations. From inspection to maintenance follow-up, you make sure everything is in good order for both the tenant and the client. Are you ready for it? React quickly!
  

• Team leader - Randstad region
  Managing is in your blood. You motivate, steer where necessary and know exactly how to lift a team to the next level. As a team leader, you not only have a keen eye for efficiency, but you are also actively involved in execution. You have a natural way of coaching and an affinity with real estate. Then we are looking for you!
  

• Administrative assistant real estate inspections - Eindhoven

  Are you a real organiser with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service? Then we are looking for you to support our brand new real estate portfolio and fellow colleagues! From our office in Eindhoven, you play an important role in supporting our property inspectors. You keep the overview, think along and make sure everything runs smoothly, from planning inspections to liaising with tenants and colleagues. An ideal position for someone who enjoys organising, communicating and contributing to a smooth rental process.
