The apartments are spread across two buildings with 4 or 5 residential floors and range in size from approximately 82 to 106 m². The homes have 2 or 3 rooms and come with a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances. The bathroom includes a shower and two washbasins, and some apartments also feature a bathtub. Each residence has its own private storage unit in the underground parking garage, where you can also rent a parking space.
The apartments at CityPrince are arranged around an attractive courtyard garden, which residents can enjoy. The ground-floor apartments have a spacious private terrace overlooking the garden. Several top-floor apartments feature a terrace at the front, pleasantly facing southwest. The remaining apartments do not have a private outdoor space but are wonderfully bright thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and full-height French doors with a Juliet balcony.
