However, this is with the current tenant(s). This means that you will be shown around by the occupant(s) of the house. No employee of vb&t Verhuurmakelaars will be present during this.

The current tenant(s) are informed that you will contact them to make an appointment. If questions arise that the current tenant cannot answer, you may contact us by telephone (088-5454600) or e-mail(info@vbtverhuurmakelaars.nl).

The property is still occupied and therefore we have the following kind requests:

• You are visiting the property as a guest and we therefore kindly ask you to behave as a guest. Should you wish to look behind doors, please ask the hostess or host first.

• Are you interested in renting the house? Tell your contact at vb&t Verhuurmakelaars as soon as possible.

• If you meet our allocation criteria and we have approvedthe details you shared via MyQii (or the documents you uploaded manually at our request), the property will be definitively allocated to you. Once this is the case, you can discuss any takeover issues with the current tenant.

• For your information, a pre-inspection will take place for every property whose tenancy is being terminated. This means that a vb&t property inspector will check the property together with the departing tenant to see how it should be handed back. At the time ofthe viewing, the house may therefore not yet be in the correct (clean) state in which it will be handed over at the final inspection.
