Living at The Spakler
At The Spakler, you enjoy comfortable and sustainable living. The complex consists of modern one- and two-bedroom apartments, mainly in the mid-range rental segment. The apartments are designed to be climate neutral and offer a pleasant, future-proof living environment.
Living room
The living room is the heart of the apartment and offers a bright, comfortable space where living and relaxing come together. Thanks to the smart layout, there is plenty of room for both a seating area and a dining table, making the apartment practical and comfortable.
Kitchen
All apartments feature a luxury white kitchen with a full range of built-in appliances. These include an extractor hood, combination microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. A kitchen that looks great and is fully equipped for everyday use.
Bedroom
Depending on the type, the apartments have one or two bedrooms. The bedrooms are quietly located and offer enough space for a bed and wardrobes. A pleasant place to unwind and relax.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a modern finish and includes a walk-in shower with a glass shower screen, a washbasin with shelf, mirror and mixer tap. The walls are fully tiled with large, white, high-gloss tiles, and the floor is finished with anthracite-coloured tiles, creating a clean and well-kept look.
Sustainable living
What makes these apartments truly special is their sustainable design. Each apartment is equipped with its own solar panel, allowing for energy-efficient living and a conscious choice for the future.
