ELEMENTS IN HAARLEM: NEW-BUILD IN A PARK-LIKE SETTING
Elements is being developed on the site of the former Fluor factory in the southeast of Haarlem. The new neighborhood will feature both owner-occupied and rental homes. Many of the owner-occupied apartments will be housed in the former office building, which is being transformed into a trendy residential complex with an attractive rooftop garden.

The AMERIKA complex consists of three blocks. The brick façades along Amerikaweg are sleek, simple, and robust. Towards the park-like courtyard at the rear, the buildings step down in terraces.

The SURINAME complex, located on Europaweg, consists of 41 exceptionally bright apartments, thanks to their floor-to-ceiling windows.
