The apartments are equipped with luxurious Bribus kitchens. The kitchen layout may differ from apartment to apartment and is shown on the floor plans.

Bathroom
The apartments are delivered with a comfortable bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower or a shower with folding doors (in the life-course apartments), a washbasin, and a mirror. Most apartments have a separate toilet; some apartments have a second toilet in the bathroom. The wall tiles are white, and the floor tiles are anthracite/black.
