All apartments feature luxurious Bribus kitchens with sleek white cabinets and stylish composite countertops in anthracite or black. The kitchens are equipped with high-quality built-in ATAG appliances, including an induction cooktop, combination oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, and either a fridge-freezer or a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, depending on the apartment type. Exact kitchen layouts vary and can be viewed on the floor plans.

The bathrooms are fully finished and comfortably equipped with white wall tiles and dark floor tiles. They include a walk-in shower or a shower with folding doors, a washbasin with mirror, and in most cases, a separate toilet. In some apartments, a second toilet is located in the bathroom. Bathroom layouts may vary by apartment.

When it comes to comfort and sustainability, DeBuurt leads the way. Each apartment features underfloor heating connected to an energy-efficient thermal energy storage (TES) system. Residents of Building B have access to parking in Building A, while Building C has its own dedicated parking garage. The garages are equipped with secure entry and exit barriers, and visitors can access the garages through a separate entrance with an intercom system.
