The apartments are equipped with luxurious Bribus kitchens.
The kitchens feature white cabinetry, an anthracite/black composite stone countertop, and ATAG built-in appliances, including an induction cooktop, extractor hood, fridge-freezer or refrigerator with freezer compartment (depending on the apartment type), combi-oven, and dishwasher.

Bathroom
The apartments are delivered with a comfortable bathroom featuring a walk-in shower or a shower with folding doors (in the life-cycle-proof apartments), a washbasin, and a mirror.
Most apartments have a separate toilet; some have a second toilet in the bathroom.
The wall tiles are white, and the floor tiles are anthracite/black.
The bathroom layout may vary per apartment and is shown on the floor plans.
The apartments are heated through underfloor heating connected to an aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) system.
A heat recovery ventilation system is also installed.
Parking
Residents of Building B can rent a parking space in Building A.
Residents of Building C have parking facilities within their own building.
The parking garages are equipped with dedicated entry and exit points with barriers for residents.
Visitors can access the garage through a separate entrance door, which is connected to an intercom system.
