Parking
Residents of building C have parking facilities in their own building. The car parks will have their own entrance and exit with barriers for residents. Visitors to residents can enter and exit the car park via a single access door, for which a separate intercom has been installed.
Sustainability
The flats in DeBuurt have been built with extra attention to sustainability. There are solar panels on the roof. The electricity generated by these panels is used directly in the building (common areas) or supplied to the electricity grid. Certain flats are connected to the solar panels. This has several advantages. We contribute to a better environment and have lower energy bills for the common areas. That advantage recurs every month!
