In addition, the kitchens are equipped with high-quality ATAG built-in appliances, including an induction cooktop, extractor hood, combination oven, dishwasher, and either a fridge-freezer combination or a refrigerator with freezer compartment, depending on the apartment type. Bedroom
The apartments offer comfortable bedrooms with ample space for a complete interior setup. Depending on the apartment type, the rooms can be easily arranged as bedrooms, home offices, or hobby rooms.

Parking
Residents of Building B have the option to rent a parking space in Building A. Residents of Building C have access to parking facilities within their own building. The parking garages are exclusively accessible to residents and feature private entrances and exits secured by barrier gates. Visitors can also access the garage through a separate entrance equipped with an intercom system.

Sustainability
Sustainability plays an important role within DeBuurt. Solar panels have been installed on the roofs of the complex to generate renewable energy. This electricity is used for the building’s shared facilities or fed back into the power grid.
