Residents of Building B have the option to rent a parking space in Building A. Residents of Building C have access to parking facilities within their own building. The parking garages are exclusively accessible to residents and feature private entrances and exits secured by barrier gates. Sustainability plays an important role within DeBuurt. Solar panels have been installed on the roofs of the complex to generate renewable energy. This electricity is used for the building’s shared facilities or fed back into the power grid.
