General Project DeBuurt
These homes have been developed for a target group of seniors (55+) with or without care needs. The rental apartments are located in three buildings, which together form DeBuurt. In the central building, there is a unique meeting place for people from the neighborhood and Utrecht. In this central space, they can meet each other by discovering art and culture, as well as enjoy one of the hospitality venues or events that take place there. Emerging creative cultural entrepreneurs are given space in this meeting area, which totals approximately 2,400 m², to further develop their talents or businesses or to start a hospitality venue.

Parking
For the residents of the Birim building, renting a parking space is included. This parking space belongs to the apartment. The parking garages are equipped with their own entrance and exit, with a gate for residents. Visitors of residents can use the parking lot associated with the shopping center. In addition to parking for cars, provisions have been made for bicycles and scooters. These can be stored in one of the spacious bicycle storage areas in the complex. Charging facilities for scooters are available.

The heart of DeBuurt is formed by the central building, where a meeting space of no less than 2,400 square meters will be created.
