Minimum 1 year of entrepreneurship

As a self-employed person, you can rent a property from vb&t when you have at least one closed financial year. We ask you to provide some financial documentation. You need to have annual accounts, profit and loss account and balance sheet for at least one year. Furthermore, you should also submit an income tax return, IB60 form and a Trade Register extract to provide.

Income requirement

Have you been self-employed for at least one year and have you found your dream home with vb&t Verhuurmakelaars? Then you need to meet the requirement of a gross monthly income of 4 times the monthly rent. When you are allocated a house, we ask for a standard deposit of twice the monthly rent. You get the deposit back at the end of your rental period, provided there is no damage to the property and all financial obligations have been met.

In short, as an independent entrepreneur, you can rent from vb&t Verhuurmakelaars, provided you meet the set conditions.
