Join our team as a Commercial Employee Rental!

Lots of diversity and a big challenge; That is what the Commercial Employee Rental function can offer you. For the Central Netherlands region we are looking for a driven colleague who will help us to replace a colleague who is going on maternity leave (with possibly longer employment).

Your work

You will arrange viewings with prospective tenants and arrange the administration with your colleagues. Together with us you work hard on rental-promoting measures and preventing vacancy. You will, among other things, draw up rental agreements, review documents from candidate tenants and provide deliveries to new tenants. It is a position in which you will collaborate a lot with account and technical managers and actively participate in online and offline marketing campaigns.

Preferably you have:

• HBO working and thinking level with a completed relevant education. (K-RMT is an advantage);

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience;

• Driving license B and in possession of your own car;

• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;

• Affinity and experience with digital processes and digital working is an absolute advantage.
