In recent weeks, the number of infections and hospital admissions in the Netherlands and abroad has again increased. This has led to concerns among the government, the healthcare sector, entrepreneurs and also on the housing market. A resurgence of the coronavirus can easily lead to new, stricter measures. In order to prevent this, we must all do our bit. We as vb&t Verhuurmakelaars therefore adhere to a number of important basic measures. We hope that you will help us to do so.
Measures of the RIVM
At vb&t Verhuurmakelaars, we adhere to the measures prescribed by the RIVM. For example, we observe the 1.5-metre distance, we wash our hands regularly, we use protective equipment where necessary and we work at home in case of complaints or illness. We also provide sufficient ventilation in our offices so that our employees who work there can breathe the cleanest possible air.Visiting protocol
The past few months we have had a viewing protocol so that our employees and prospective tenants can view houses in a safe manner. This means that we do as many viewings as possible via the virtual route and that we allow a maximum of three people in a house during a physical viewing, so that we can stay at a distance of 1.5 metres from each other. In the meantime we have been able to help many people, so this protocol will remain in place for the time being.Holidaymakers
We are now nearing the end of the holiday period and this means that many people will be returning from holiday. Therefore, we ask both our prospective tenants and our employees to be careful. Be alert for any complaints when you return from holiday and get tested in case of complaints. And also go into quarantine if you come back from orange-coloured areas. This is how we prevent possible infections.By sticking to the measures we all take, we can prevent relapses with all their consequences.
