Vacancy Housing Inspector

Are you ready for a new challenge in the field of real estate? For our enthusiastic team in Arnhem, Amsterdam, Maastricht, Utrecht, Breda and Eindhoven, we are looking for housing inspectors. In this dynamic position you will inspect houses for our clients. You will speak to the tenants. The ability to work independently and knowledge of or affinity with laws and regulations are important for this position. Read on to find out more about the work you will be doing!

What will you be doing?

As a housing inspector you will inspect our homes and check whether they are delivered in the right condition. In addition, you will consult with our rental department about the status of the residence and with our technical management department about any follow-up of maintenance issues.

The tasks of the Housing Inspector

• Carrying out housing inspections in the event of changes;

• Communicating with departing and new tenants;

• Making proposals for rent-promoting measures and maintenance issues;

• Reporting internally and consulting with the rental department, technical managers and/or account managers;

• Following up on maintenance issues as a result of inspections and checking invoices;

• Continuously thinking along about (process) improvements within the department and the organisation.

Job requirements

Who are you?

• As a home inspector, you will mostly be working independently. You have technical insight and can therefore properly inspect the houses. You have a strong character and are able to deal with the most critical tenants. You are orderly and you work very accurately.

• Furthermore, you preferably have:

• A completed MBO education, preferably in a technical field;

• Several years of relevant work experience;

• Good skills in Dutch and English;

• Affinity and experience with digital processes and working digitally is an absolute plus;

• Driving licence B is a must;

• The ability to switch between different parties;
