Are you going to work from our office in Utrecht to rent out houses for our clients and to further develop vb&t Verhuurmakelaars? Then we would like to hear from you!What will you be doing? As a commercial employee in the rental sector, you will work together with the team to rent out houses to the most suitable candidates. Housing inspector

Location: The HaguePreferably 32 - 40 hours per weekFor our office in The Hague, we are looking for a Housing Inspector who will inspect vacant properties for our clients and speak to our tenants. So are you customer-oriented, do you quickly familiarize yourself with laws and regulations, do you like to work procedurally and accurately and are you able to work independently? Then we are looking for you!What will you be doing? You inspect our houses and check whether they are delivered in the right condition. We are looking for two new colleagues for the position of Commercial employee in the office.Location: EindhovenPreferably 40 hours a weekAre you an accurate, communicative and result-oriented jack-of-all-trades who can switch quickly? Do you want to work with us to ensure that the administrative processing of our clients' real estate runs smoothly? Then we are looking for you!What will you be doing? As commercial assistant in the office you inform and advise candidate tenants by telephone. You check prospective tenants and draw up lease contracts.
