vb&t opens office in Amsterdam

Due to a rapidly increasing demand for our services in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, vb&t will be opening a new branch in Amsterdam on 1 September 2019! With this, we are adding the 11th branch to our network in the Netherlands. In addition to the existing offices in Utrecht and The Hague (Zeilstra-vb&t), the opening of our office in Amsterdam will enable us to achieve good coverage in the Randstad. We consider the increased demand for our services in the Randstad conurbation to be an appreciation of the team effort that we at vb&t and our approximately 250 colleagues have put in. The immediate reason for opening the Amsterdam office was the award of a new management contract for approximately 3,200 rental homes in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, and the latent opportunities for further growth in the management of homes, care-related real estate and commercial real estate. Besides vb&t Vastgoedmanagement, vb&t VVE-Diensten, ERA vb&t Makelaars, vb&t Projectmanagement, vb&t Brandveiligheid & Milieu, vb&t Capital Markets and vb&t Verzekeringen will also use the Amsterdam office as their new operating base. For vb&t Vastgoedmanagent, we are immediately looking for around 15 new enthusiastic colleagues who wish to strengthen our team in Amsterdam and Eindhoven. This includes the following positions: Property Relationship Manager, Service Manager, Technical Manager, letting agent and property inspector.
