Relaxation of corona measures in 3 steps

2 maart 2022

On 15 February, the government announced further relaxations of the coronas measures. From 18 February, the opening hours of estate agents' offices will be released and, from 25 February, the 1.5-metre measure and the mouth guard requirement will also be dropped. However, a mouth mask recommendation remains in force when the 1.5 metre distance cannot be guaranteed. The maximum number of people for a home visit will also be dropped. The measures are being phased out at such a rate that we, as trade associations VBO, VastgoedPro and NVM, have decided that the existing Handreiking Makelaars en Taxateurs (Handbook for Estate Agents and Valuers) can be withdrawn as of 18 February. Naturally, we will be keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding the coronavirus and recommend continuing to monitor the RIVM measures. Good coordination with buyers and sellers also remains important.

As trade organisations, we are cautiously looking to the future with optimism. Together, we have managed to keep the property market going throughout the pandemic and we are proud of that!

On the special COVID19 page you will find communication materials to support safe viewing, as well as some current legal documents. Especially for NVM members you can order Covid-19 related products in the NVM Giftshop.
