Job description
As a Letting Agent, it's your job to let houses to suitable candidates. You take care of deliveries, go on viewings and strive for optimal satisfaction of our tenants.
You will be involved in viewings, assessing the documents of prospective tenants, drawing up tenancy agreements, initiating rental-enhancing measures and marketing campaigns and constantly thinking along with us about optimising work processes.
