Meerhoven – peaceful living on the edge of Eindhoven

Meerhoven is a young, green residential area on the western side of Eindhoven, made up of the neighbourhoods Grasrijk, Zandrijk, Bosrijk and Waterrijk. Meerrijk forms the central heart of the area. Once fully completed, Meerhoven will be home to around 12,000 residents.

What makes Meerhoven so appealing is the combination of peace and accessibility. It feels village-like and easygoing, yet thanks to its location you’re quickly in the city. Eindhoven city centre is about a ten-minute drive away, and with the A2, A58 and A67 nearby, cities such as ’s-Hertogenbosch and Tilburg are also easily reached.

Everything you need is close at hand in and around Meerhoven. For a walk or some time outdoors, Park Meerland is nearby, and for daily shopping you can go to Meerrijk. The surrounding area also has plenty to offer. Nature lovers will feel right at home here, with the Kempen, the Oirschotse Heide and the Loonse and Drunense Duinen all within easy reach.

Living in the rooftop garden of Anthony Fokker

The ten townhouses of B5 are located in the rooftop garden of the Anthony Fokker complex. This creates a small-scale and pleasant living environment. Children can play safely outside and neighbours easily stop for a chat. You enjoy a quiet setting, while the lively squares of Meerrijk are just around the corner.

The homes feature playful layouts and varying ceiling heights, giving them a surprisingly spacious feel. Each property includes its own parking space in the underground parking garage.
