Spacious 4-Bedroom Home with High Pitched Roof
On the ground floor, you’ll find the generous living room with a fully equipped open kitchen featuring the latest built-in appliances.
Large French doors open onto the terrace, creating a pleasant connection between indoors and outdoors.
On the first floor, there are two very spacious bedrooms (12 m² and 20 m²), partly beneath the sloping roof, as well as the luxurious bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, and a second toilet.
The second floor offers a large attic with storage space (including connections for a washer and dryer) and an additional bedroom.
In the back garden, you will find the storage shed.
All homes in the complex have their own private parking space in the courtyard.
The home at Burgemeester de Wildesingel 19 will soon be available for rent at €1,100 per month.
The photos shown depict a different but comparable property.
The Project
Construction of the new residential area ’t Duyfrak in Valkenburg began in 2008. It has become a varied neighborhood where diverse façades, a mix of materials, and alternating colors create an appealing streetscape.
The homes feature private gardens with a bicycle shed at the rear. They are built around a courtyard where the parking spaces are located, allowing you to park your car conveniently behind your home on your own parking space.
Accessibility
’t Duyfrak is excellently accessible thanks to its location near the A44 (Amsterdam–The Hague), the A4 (Amsterdam–Delft), and two provincial roads that intersect in Valkenburg.
The N206 runs from Zoetermeer via Leiden and Katwijk to Aerdenhout near Haarlem, while the N441 connects Katwijk with Wassenaar.
From the A44, take the Katwijk exit (N206), then exit again at Valkenburg. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Voorschoterweg. The ’t Duyfrak development will be on your right.
