As a candidate, what can you expect during a viewing at vb&t?
  1. Appointment confirmation

Vb&t will send you an e-mail confirmation of the planned appointment in advance. This will include the date, time and the rental employee with whom you have an appointment. It will also provide you with information about the viewing.

  2. Meeting

At least 5 minutes before the appointment, the letting agent will make sure he/she is present. The letting agent will introduce himself and take you to the property you are going to view.

  3. The viewing

Once at the house or flat, the letting agent will tell you all the ins and outs regarding our working method, the house, the complex (if applicable) and the surroundings. He/she will then give you a tour of the property. If there are any questions, you can of course ask them at any time.

  4. Further information

At the end of the viewing, the letting agent will explain the vb&t procedure. You will also receive (if desired) documentation about the house and vb&t and, of course, the rental officer's business card. You will discuss with the letting agent how long you can let him know whether you want to rent the property.

  5. Completion

Once all your questions have been answered, the letting agent will finalise the appointment.

Within the agreed timeframe, we assume to hear from you. If not, the letting agent will contact you again.
