House Hunter’s Guide: What information do you need?

Are you looking for a rental property via our website? In order to assess your application quickly and thoroughly, we need some information. A complete profile will enable us to process your application more quickly and ensure the property allocation process runs more efficiently.

Use MyQii

When you create an account on our website, we’ll ask you to use MyQii. This app allows you to share your details with us securely and easily. Check in the MyQii app whether the link with our organisation is active. If it isn’t, you can easily reactivate it.

Are you unable to use MyQii, for example because you are not registered in the Netherlands? Or do we need additional information that is not available via MyQii? In that case, we ask you to add this information or supporting documents to your customer file yourself.

What information do we need?

The information we require depends on your personal circumstances.

Are you in paid employment?

In that case, we receive details via MyQii regarding, amongst other things, your employment and income. If certain details are not available via MyQii, we may ask you to provide additional information.

Are you self-employed?

In that case, we’ll need details about your business and income. If these aren’t fully available via MyQii, we’ll ask you to provide additional supporting documents.

Are you retired?

In that case, we would like to receive your income details from the State Pension (AOW) and/or your pension scheme. Here too, we may request additional information if necessary.

Depending on your personal circumstances, we may need additional details or supporting documents, for example regarding your current living or property situation.

Ensure your profile is complete

A property can only be definitively allocated once all the necessary details are available in full and are correct. In some cases, a security deposit may be required upon the final letting of a property.

We therefore advise you to keep your details up to date in MyQii and to provide any additional information in good time. This will enable us to assess your application as quickly as possible.
