Improving videos and photos for the home presentations

The journey of a home seeker is often long and overwhelming. Despite the tight market, there is an enormous amount of offer online. Which offer does the house seeker choose?
A first impression
You only get one chance to make a first impression. This certainly also applies to our homes. And that first chance already takes place before people actually come to see it.
It has now been proven that most people decide whether or not to watch based on the presentation and photos on the internet. So if that presentation leaves something to be desired, we will immediately miss a lot of interested people. An optimal home presentation is therefore crucial.
Investing in visual representation
To improve the visual presentation of our properties, our Rental Agents and Home Inspectors have received a videography and photography course from our marketeer. Here they learned about camera settings, preparing a home for photo or video and good photo/video positions.
The department has invested in gimbals, also known as “stabilizers”. These are handy gadgets that you can place a phone in to shoot a stable image.
By taking these steps, we work with the entire team to professionalize the visual presentations of homes.
