vb&t Rental Brokers and vb&t Real Estate Management continue cooperation with Fontys Real Estate Management

Over the past year, vb&t Verhuurmakelaars and vb&t Vastgoedmanagement have made a valuable contribution to the Real Estate Management course at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. Through various knowledge sessions, we shared our practical experience and expertise with the first-year students. The successful collaboration will be followed up this school year.

During this academic year's knowledge sessions, current topics such as the new ROZ2024 and the Affordable Rent Act will be discussed in detail. The ROZ2024, a new version of the model rental and lease agreements in the real estate sector, brings important changes. Students will gain insight into the legal aspects of leases and how they are applied in practice.

In addition, the Affordable Rent Act will be covered. This law aims to improve the affordability of rental housing and has a major impact on the rental market. By discussing these topics, students are prepared for the challenges and opportunities within the real estate world.
