In order to be eligible for a rental property, we apply a number of general allocation criteria which needs to be met.

• Your gross monthly income (including holiday pay/fixed bonuses and any additional income allowances) must equate to 4 times the sum of the monthly rent.
• In the majority of cases your partner’s income will account for 1/3 of the costs. If you both receive AOW, the second income can be counted for 100%. Please note, we are responsible for renting out the properties of several different clients so the income standards may differ per home.
• You must have a minimum contract of employment for 1 year per when the lease will take effect. Different income calculations and/or additional conditions apply to independent contractors/entrepreneurs and temporary workers in phase B. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you however have a phase A temporary employment contract we unfortunately cannot be of service to you.
• Do you have more than €50,000 savings or withdrawable equity ? In this case we will add 10% of this capital to your gross annual income. We require proof of this by means of a recent bank statement.
• Are you an independent contractor/entrepreneur ? The gross monthly income requirements you must meet are 4 times the rent, in addition to this also we request a standard deposit of 3 times the monthly rent when you wish to rent with us.
• Unfortunately we do not accept guarantors, nor is it accepted to rent a property for someone else.
• The minimum rental period requirement is 12 months.
